  • Any request for check out time extension will be subject to room availability and management discretion
  • If extend check out time to / after 3.00pm, there will be a nominal charge of RM100 per room

DOMESTIC MARKET ONLY

  • Rates quoted are nett in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) based on PER PERSON BASIS
  • Applicable only to Malaysian,Singaporean and Foreigners with P.R / Working permit in Malaysia
  • Package must be taken as a whole package. No refund or subsitutes are given for any items on the package not utilised
  • No Refund for early departure or incomplete stay.
  • A surcharge of RM40 nett per person applies during eves of public holidays and school holidays in Malaysia or Singapore.
  • Extra Bed RM40 per bed per night
  • A rebate of RM30 per person per way if the guest prefers to take package without the boat transfers.

  • Complimentary 2 snorkeling trips around Lang Tengah Island ( excluding equipments). Not applicable for extension night.

Children Rates ( 4 - 11 Years )

  • Children sharing same room with 2 Adults- 40% Discounts on the Twin Adult Rate
  • Children sharing room with 1 Adult - One of the child will be charge full Twin Adult rate
  • If Children not sharing with Adults - 2 Children will be charge Twin Adult rate.

Check In / Check Out Time

  • Check In : After 12.00pm
  • Check Out : before 10.30pm
  • Any request for check out time extension will be subject to room availability and management discreation
  • If extend check out time to / after 3.00pm ,there will be nominal charge of RM100 per room.
