- Surcharge rates of RM40.00 per villa per night are applicable for Malaysia school holidays eve and Public holidays in Malaysia.

- Rates are quoted on a per villa per night basis
- Each Villa can accommodate a maximum of 3 adults only.
- 3rd person is chargeable at RM100 nett per adult & applicable if sharing villa with existing bed.
- Child rate is at RM80.00 nett per child & applicable for ages between 4-11 years old.
- There no charge for children age 3 yrs & below (maximum 2 children) sharing with adults in existing beds.
- Each Villa is fitted with a king size bed & a Side lounger (Size of single bed)
- Marine Conservation fund is to be charged at RM5.00 nett per person.
